Animal hydrotherapy involves the use of swimming and underwater treadmills to help animals recover following surgery or injury, and for animals with more long term mobility problems. Hydrotherapy is also an excellent tool for general conditioning and fitness of athletes due to it being a low-impact form of resistance training. To ensure safety and appropriate treatment, hydrotherapy should be carried out by appropriately qualified and trained hydrotherapists to improve an animal's function in a purpose built, and suitably heated hydrotherapy pool or underwater treadmill. 

With the accredited courses and the underwater treadmill system we provide, you will be qualified and more importantly 'job ready' confident to start (or expand) your own rehabilitation business. For established veterinary practices we are able to offer tailored (non accredited) training on the use of the underwater treadmill system to veterinarians and vet nurses.
