At Animal Rehab Australia we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s how we ship. Any questions, just contact us — we’re a family-owned Australian business and happy to help.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide. If you’re outside Australia and would like to order, please contact us first and we’ll confirm whether we can ship to you and the cost.
Processing & dispatch
In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking details where available.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address — so you’ll always see the cost before you pay.
Large equipment (treadmills & Chill Spa)
Our aquatic and dry treadmills and the Equine Chill Spa are Australian-made to order and delivered by specialist freight. Delivery — and where needed, installation — is arranged individually. Request a quote and we’ll organise everything and confirm freight to your location.
Online courses
Our certification and owner courses are delivered fully online — there’s nothing to ship. You’ll receive access details by email after enrolment.
Tracking your order
Where tracking is available we’ll email you a link so you can follow your delivery. If your order seems delayed or you haven’t received tracking, get in touch and we’ll chase it up.
