Warranty
Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. These warranties are in addition to — and do not limit — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty periods
- PEMF therapy mats & PulsePad: 3-year warranty.
- Equine PEMF blankets, wraps, bands & kit: 2-year warranty.
- Therapy lasers: manufacturer’s warranty — please ask us for the current term.
- Aquatic / dry treadmills & Chill Spa: Australian-made; warranty terms confirmed with your quote.
What’s covered
The warranty covers faults arising from defective materials or manufacturing under normal, intended use and in line with the product’s instructions.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorised repair or modification, or use outside the product’s instructions.
- Consumable parts and batteries, where applicable.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us at info@animalrehab.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase and a description (plus photos or video if helpful) of the issue. We’ll assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These manufacturer warranties are additional to those rights.
